Entry Level Techology Installation Tech - Benefits + Training

Looking for a fresh start in a stable, hands-on career? At MasTec Advanced Technologies, we’re hiring Field Service Technicians in Palmyra, VA . Whether you’re new to the industry or seeking a career change, we’ll provide paid training, professional equipment, and full support to help you thrive.

Training Location: Ashland, VA
Start Date: October 27Th
Training Pay: $20/hour (hotel and travel expenses covered for eligible candidates)

Your Day-to-Day

• Use a company-provided van to visit customer locations
• Install and maintain smart home devices and satellite systems
• Get paid $50–$80 per installation completed
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues while maintaining safety standards
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job

What We Offer

Who We’re Looking For

• Able to lift 60–80 lbs and climb ladders safely up to 36 feet
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and open availability for weekends when needed
• Ready to begin training on October 27th in Ashland, VA
