You’ll be on the front lines of retail event-based sales campaigns across Atlanta, representing major brands, engaging with customers face-to-face, and driving product interest and conversions in real time.

This is not your typical 9–5 marketing & sales role — it’s hands-on, people-driven, and rooted in results. You’ll develop real-world sales and communication skills in dynamic retail settings, while being part of a supportive team that’s all about energy, ambition, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients as a brand ambassador at retail-based pop-up events throughout Atlanta
• Drive awareness and product sales through in-person customer engagement
• Spark authentic conversations and build relationships that convert interest into action
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Adapt quickly to different retail settings and maintain enthusiasm through every customer interaction
• Collaborate with teammates to set up, manage, and break down events efficiently and professionally

Your Path to Leadership:

• Lead your own retail marketing team and drive performance across campaigns
• Learn recruiting and HR fundamentals to help grow and shape our expanding team
• Manage client relationships and contribute to campaign planning and execution
