Entry Level Operator

Are you ready to dive into the cutting-edge world of semiconductor manufacturing? Join our team as a Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations Specialist, where you'll play a key role in producing the technology of tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor advanced tracking systems in a dynamic, office-based command center (90% of your time).
• Suit up in cleanroom PPE to assist with manufacturing tasks like wafer transfers (10%).
• Use your problem-solving skills to ensure tools operate smoothly and recover alarms.
• Collaborate with teams to gather data, coordinate activities, and maintain seamless operations.
• Follow structured workflows and SOPs to achieve daily production goals.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s or non-STEM Bachelor’s degree is welcome.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and typing skills (25 wpm) to manage data effectively.
• Teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Reliability and flexibility for 12-hour shifts and initial M-F training.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous semiconductor manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Located within 50 miles of Northern Phoenix for easy commute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
