Brightside Windows is expanding in the Boise area and hiring motivated individuals to join our outreach team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for people who enjoy working with others, staying active, and building valuable communication and sales skills. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth.

As a Sales Appointment Setter, you’ll work in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our project specialists.

What You’ll Do

• Work in assigned residential neighborhoods throughout the Boise area
• Speak with homeowners about energy-efficient window upgrades
• Introduce Brightside Windows services and current offerings
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners
• Track daily activity and appointments using your phone
• Work toward weekly goals in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors

Compensation

• Training pay of $600 per week when activity requirements are met
• Additional incentives based on performance
• Weekly pay schedule

Work Environment

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
