EverVantage Innovations is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support customer outreach and account services throughout the area. In this role, the Entry Level Sales Associate will work directly with customers to provide information about LeafGuard gutter protection solutions while helping customers explore options that fit their needs.

The Entry Level Sales Associate will focus on building positive customer relationships, answering questions about available products, and assisting customers through the consultation and appointment process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face communication, working independently, and building experience in customer service and sales. No previous experience is required, as paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Role Responsibilities for an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Meet with customers to discuss LeafGuard gutter protection solutions
• Explain products, promotions, and available options in a clear and professional manner
• Assist customers with scheduling consultations and answering product questions
• Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and available services
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company guidelines throughout customer interactions
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and support
• Stay informed on current products, promotions, and service offerings
• Work with team members to support daily and weekly performance goals

Qualities of an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Organized and dependable in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay: $49,575.45 - $59,703.77 per year
