What This Role Is:

This is not cold calling.
People already book a call with us.

Your job is to:

• Get on the phone
• Qualify them
• Set a real, confirmed appointment for our sales team

Once you show consistency, we train you to sell and close.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound booked calls
• Ask qualification questions
• Confirm interest, fit, and next steps
• Set solid appointments that show up

What You DON’T Do

• No cold calling
• No convincing uninterested people
• No prior sales experience required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with lead generation (phones, door knocking, canvassing, setting appointments, etc.)
• Comfortable talking to people
• Shows up on time, follows process, improves fast

Compensation

• Uncapped Commission

Pay: $75,012.17 - $130,455.52 per year
