Whether it’s windows, doors, gutters, siding, or roofs, you’ll be the first step in transforming homes while kickstarting an exciting career with us through canvassing, events, trade shows, or retail locations.

Compensation Structure:

Additional Commissions: $125 dollar per completed/Qualified Estimate
$500 per installed estimate
Quarterly Volume 2% of total sales
Potential Yearly Earnings $55,000-$110,000

To Qualify, You Must Have:

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation
A charged smartphone for every shift
Availability to work weekends
Ability to collaborate in a team and thrive independently
Physical ability to stand and walk for 6 - 8 hours.
