We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Trainees. This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in developing a career in sales, customer service, and retail operations. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided.

As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee, you will represent the company at retail locations, assist customers with product and service inquiries, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a customer-focused sales environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission
• Average hourly earnings range from $26-$32 per hour, including base pay and commission. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.
• Full-time position
• Five scheduled shifts per week
• Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs, with operations seven days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at assigned retail locations
• Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotional offers
• Assist customers in selecting products and service solutions that best meet their needs
• Maintain current knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
• Accurately document customer interactions and daily activity
• Collaborate with team members to support sales and operational objectives
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
