What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to travelers in a high-volume environment.
  • Adhere strictly to Food Safety (HACCP) and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Front and Back of House colleagues to manage busy flight peak times.
  • Maintain a professional "can-do" attitude while adapting to changing passenger volumes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by upholding high standards of personal presentation.
  • Ensure your workspace remains clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
Skills and Experiences:
About You

  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Previous experience in quick-service or high-volume hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for all Chef-level positions.
  • A proactive, reliable team player with a passion for people and great service.
  • Current RSA certificate is highly regarded for all front-of-house roles.
