We are currently seeking a driven, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join our team in a Equipment Rental Administrator role.

Sector: Equipment Rental Administrator

In the Equipment Rental Administrator is responsible for processing rental orders, help schedule deliveries and returns, maintaining rental records such as creating and sending out rental agreements, creating accurate invoices, and assist the product support team with other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Process equipment rental requests, reservations, extensions, and returns through email and phone correspondence

· Generate accurate invoices for equipment rentals, usage charges, delivery fees, and any damages or penalties.

· Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers and coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-up.

· Maintain detailed and organized records of rental agreements, equipment dispatch, and billing

· Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with logistics and warehouse teams

· Verify returned equipment condition and usage to determine additional charges or deposits.

· Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline rental and billing processes.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to equipment use and documentation.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in an equipment rental, billing, or administrative support role is highly preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and invoice creation.

· Ability to work well in a team environment as required

· Strong work ethic, a desire to succeed, willingness to take initiative

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong organizational and time management abilities
