What you'll do

Lead international, multi-site ERP/Automation solutions implementation projects
Actively seeking for ways to utilise automation and AI enabled solutions
Define and manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, and resources
Oversee testing, milestones, go-live, and stabilisation (hypercare)
Establish and run project governance and steering forums
Drive implementation across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Manage implementation partners and vendors
Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption

What we are looking for

Proven experience in leading international ERP implementations
Strong understanding of order fulfilment process
Experience with ERP-driven processes, such planning, production, supply chain, quality, and finance
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Comfortable working in complex, multi-site, multicultural environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to occasionally travel globally
