Job Description – ERP Software Tele-calling Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2–4 Years
CTC: 2.4 LPA fixed(variable can be decided on Skill/performance basis)
Industry: IT / ERP Software / SaaS / Business Applications
Job Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven ERP Software Tele-calling Executive with 2–4 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation for IT/software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, fixing appointments, and supporting the ERP and SFA sales team through outbound calling and customer engagement activities. Need to have the sales flair to convince the customer and convert opportunities to demo/meeting.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads
  • Introduce ERP software solutions and explain key business benefits
  • Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings/demo appointments for sales team
  • Follow up with existing and new prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
  • Maintain and update lead database and CRM records regularly
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, IT/software sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
  • Hindi or Tamil communication is an added advantage
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable handling outbound cold calling activities
  • Basic understanding of ERP software or business applications preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience in B2B tele-calling or software solution sales
  • Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
  • Good follow-up and customer handling skills
