Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, an opportunity exists for a proactive and organised ERZ Controller to provide support services to the Technical Services department.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Holding a strong commitment to safety and the safety performance of your crew
• Leading and supervising personnel to meet and improve on planned targets and standards
• Contributing to the daily plan, taking into consideration production strategy, systems, sequence, standards, and timeframes.
• Providing specialist operational knowledge to ensure that all statutory requirements are met
• Proactively maintain statutory and shift specific documentation, as well as the accurate collection of data
• Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture

About you:

• Proven previous experience in a similar role within underground mining
• Third Class/Second Class Certificate of competency (minimum)
• Front line management experience

This is a 4/3 rostered position, with the inclusion of FIFO.
