Escape Room Game Master (Part-Time)

Locations: Cannington, Victoria Park & Belmont

Are you enthusiastic, detail-focused, and love delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for dependable team players to bring our immersive escape room adventures to life across our Perth locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Host & Brief: Welcome teams warmly, set the scene, explain rules and mechanics clearly, and build excitement before their game begins.
• Game Master: Actively monitor live sessions via CCTV, tracking progress and delivering timely, immersive hints to ensure every team has an unforgettable experience.
• Room Resets: Rapidly and precisely reset puzzles, props, and tech between sessions following exact room configurations.
• Front-of-House: Manage walk-ins and phone enquiries, process payments, and schedule sessions in our booking portal.
• Venue Care: Maintain high presentation standards with general upkeep, restocking, and cleaning during downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail—puzzles must be reset flawlessly every time.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable transport to travel to your designated venue.

Work Rights & Availability:

• Work Rights: Full Australian working rights and English fluency required.
• Availability: Must have open availability for at least 2 full days per week (candidates with more availability and weekend availability are favoured).
• Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 3 hours per week (1 shift), with frequent opportunities for additional shifts during peak periods.

Pay: Up to $26.44 per hour
