Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage escrow accounts and assist the Joint Ventures.

Responsibilities

Reconciliation and daily review of the Rynoh reports, prepare for monthly reconciliationof accounts- Identify discrepancies and make corrections.

Positive Pay- investigate any daily check exceptions presented and decision on thebank.

Cleanup of closed accounts and outstanding items on existing accounts.

Wire Approval: verify wire input account, amount and name against wire entry and communicate with Closer/Escrow Officer for any necessary modifications.

Research and assistance to JVs when necessary

Release escrows when needed; help research and release old/dormant settlement/heldescrows.

Claiming incoming wires to ResWare offices

Other duties as assigned.

Education/Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 years of Title or Real Estate Experience preferred.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardizedsituations.

Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills as well as time-management, interpersonal, communication, multitasking and strategic thinking skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.85 per hour
