Estate Agent/Sales Progressor/Administrator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between the team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales operation. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants must have previous estate agency experience or previous experience in residential conveyancing with a full understanding of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Progress property sales and communicate progress with sellers, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and other agents
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to customers, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Maintain database to ensure all updates are logged onto Alto CRM system
  • Maintain an organised filing system and process to ensure compliance with due diligence.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers and clients.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven experience in our sector of the industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Alto CRM system
  • Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial.
  • Pro-active and self motivated work ethic.

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
