· Cost Analysis and Calculation: Review blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to compute direct and indirect costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.

· Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare accurate material take-offs and detailed BOQs to outline exact resource quantities.

· Tendering and Bidding: Collaborate with teams to prepare competitive, compliant tender proposals and analyze bid packages.

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential financial risks, budget deviations, and project constraints, and suggest proper contingency levels or risk mitigation strategies.

· Database Management: Maintain historical cost data and pricing benchmarks to improve the accuracy of future estimates.

· Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and final budget forecasts to project managers, upper management, and clients

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
