We've run our Kingston shop since 2015 — 11 years of refining the systems, building the customer base, and learning what actually works. Our second location in Canton, MA opens July 1, 2026, just weeks away. The company is growing, and Kingston is the proven shop that made it possible.

About the Pay (Since Indeed Wants Us to Talk About It)

Flat rate $40–$55+/hr based on experience, plus a tiered monthly production bonus that adds real money for steady producers. New hires get a guaranteed 40 hours/week for the first 90 days while you build car count and settle in.

We pay competitively because we run the shop right — cars in the bays, parts on the shelves, advisors selling what you quote, work flowing without you having to chase it. Pay is the result of a well-run shop, not a recruiting trick. No paycheck makes up for an operation that's broken everywhere else, so we focus on getting the whole shop right.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing European vehicles to factory standards
• Performing accurate, efficient, well-documented work
• Communicating clearly with the service advisor team
• Staying current with training and technology
• Keeping your bay clean and professional
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm proper repairs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive experience (European preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic mindset
• Reliability, curiosity, professionalism
• ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus, not required
