Contract Evaluator – Project Evaluation

PARO Centre for Women's Enterprise is seeking an experienced Evaluator to assess the outcomes and impact of a current project on a contract basis.

Scope: An independent contractor role to fully design and execute an external project evaluation plan. The contractor will analyze performance in line with specific external funder requirements and deliver a comprehensive final evaluation report.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement an external evaluation framework
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data against funder requirements
• Prepare a comprehensive, actionable final evaluation report with findings and recommendations

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in program or project evaluation
• Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
• Familiarity with external funder reporting requirements
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with community-based or non-profit projects an asset

Details:

• Role: Independent contractor
• Location: Remote/flexible
• Compensation: $30,000 for the contract
