Company Overview

We are an inbound Call Centre, located in the Sheppard and Weston area that provides excellent telephone answering and emergency dispatch services for a variety of industries and Real Estate offices.

Shift: Tue/ Wed/ Fri/ Sat/ Sun 3-11pm, at our office in the Sheppard and Weston area, with occasional overnight availability.

This is not a telemarketing position, you will not be required to do any telemarketing sales.

We are currently looking for friendly and responsible individuals to start immediately who are very comfortable on the telephone and who have a clear speaking voice. The ideal candidate enjoys and excels at multitasking, is very dependable and a good listener. He/she is detail oriented and can type a minimum of 30 WPM in a highly computerized, very busy environment.

Experience:

· Customer Service: 2 years

Education:

· High school or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
