About Us

Based in the heart of the community, we've been proudly serving the area through our bar, lounge and Daybreak convenience store trade. As we operate a major evening delivery trade from our store, we're looking for full-time Evening Supervisors to join our team and assist the Manager & Owner in driving the business to the next level!

About the job

In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of the store, overseeing employees, cash handling, and controlling the stock levels and the quality of products and services.

Main Duties include:

• Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.
• Be approachable and a role model who leads by example and encourages teamwork and a positive attitude in the workplace.
• Set the standard for other employees in relation to rotation, merchandising and facing off.
• Monitoring stock and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the evening delivery business, working with drivers & staff to maximise sales.
• Monitor shop security, keeping an eye out for theft, etc.

About You

1 years retail experience is essential. Our customers are made up of locals and as such we have ties to the community, so strong & friendly communication skills are needed. We want someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, provide fresh ideas and help us move forward.
