Event Co-Ordinator/Marketing (Male )

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic male Event Coordinator/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and meetings

- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and our brand

- Create and distribute marketing materials, including social media content, email invitations, and press releases

- Analyze event metrics and provide recommendations for future events

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Job Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in event planning and marketing

- Proven track record of successful event execution and marketing campaigns

- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
