Job Description:
Austral Dream Events is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each occasion is memorable for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to ascertain their event needs and preferences.
- Plan, design, and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution.
- Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination.
- Develop budgets and ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee on-site event management and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $28.95 – $45.70 per hour
