Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Director to join our team in Singapore. The Event Director is a strategic leader responsible for planning, executing, and managing high-profile events and projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to oversee multiple teams, manage budgets, and deliver outstanding results while aligning with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop creative event strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Design event concepts, themes, and agendas tailored to target audiences.
3. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for each event.
4. Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
5. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and reconcile final costs.
6. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and value-added services.
7. Lead and inspire event planning teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
9. Hire, train, and manage external staff and volunteers as needed.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, clients, and partners.
11. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
12. Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
13. Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze outcomes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
14. Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and lessons learned.
Job Requirements
1. At least 8 years of experience in event planning, production, or management.
2. Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale events.
3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
7. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Certification in event management (e.g., CMP, CSEP).
3. Experience managing a diverse portfolio of events, including corporate, non-profit, or entertainment events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
