Job Details:
- Must be able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to accommodate to our clients‘ needs.
- Foster good relationships with client.
- Capable of reaching out to client via various communication method, i.e: telemarketing etc.
- Manage and liaise rental spaces with client in the proposed event location.
- Assist and manage offsite and onsite for event management with event set-up, etc.
- Capable to create related paperwork for event proposal.
- Create a reliable and planned schedule for upcoming events and venues.
- Create and execute event within planned budget.
- Capable to play as a team player and establish solid teamwork throughout the event proposal and during the event.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Resume required
- At least 2 years of event marketing experience needed
Skills required:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Interpersonal skills for liaising.
- Management & Communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent
