Job Details:

• Must be able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to accommodate to our clients‘ needs.
• Foster good relationships with client.
• Capable of reaching out to client via various communication method, i.e: telemarketing etc.
• Manage and liaise rental spaces with client in the proposed event location.
• Assist and manage offsite and onsite for event management with event set-up, etc.
• Capable to create related paperwork for event proposal.
• Create a reliable and planned schedule for upcoming events and venues.
• Create and execute event within planned budget.
• Capable to play as a team player and establish solid teamwork throughout the event proposal and during the event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Resume required
• At least 2 years of event marketing experience needed

Skills required:

• Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Interpersonal skills for liaising.
• Management & Communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent

• Event Marketing: 2 years
