Job Description – Event Sales Executive (Corporate Events, Media Sales & Production Services)

About the Role

TFG is looking for a highly motivated Event Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through corporate event sales, media sales, advertising solutions, documentary production services, photography, videography, and event production services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling integrated event and media solutions to corporate clients, agencies, brands, government organizations, and industry associations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, event sales, media sales, sponsorships, advertising sales, or production services and possess strong networking and business development skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, award ceremonies, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, event organizers, exhibitors, associations, and agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Media Sales & Advertising Solutions

  • Sell advertising opportunities across digital, print, event, and branded content platforms.
  • Develop and pitch media partnership packages to brands, corporates, and event organizers.
  • Generate revenue through sponsorships, branding opportunities, promotional campaigns, and advertising inventory.
  • Work with clients to create customized advertising and marketing solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Manage media partnerships for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.

Documentary & Production Services Sales

  • Promote TFG's documentary filmmaking, corporate film production, promotional videos, testimonial videos, training videos, and brand storytelling services.
  • Identify opportunities for documentary projects with corporates, government bodies, NGOs, educational institutions, and industry organizations.
  • Sell photography, videography, live streaming, podcast production, and content creation services.
  • Collaborate with production teams to create tailored proposals based on client requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with marketing heads, communication managers, HR leaders, event managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend suitable event, media, and production solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for successful project execution.
  • Drive repeat business and client retention through exceptional relationship management.

Market Research & Networking

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, sponsorship opportunities, and emerging event formats.
  • Represent TFG at networking events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
  • Develop partnerships with agencies, media houses, event organizers, and industry associations to generate business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Event Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Production Services Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate events, media, advertising, and production ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close business deals.
  • Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and networking activities.
