Events Sales Representative

Integral Communications is expanding and we are looking for people who enjoy working with the public and want a role that combines purpose with earning potential. This position suits someone who is confident speaking to new people, motivated by results, and interested in representing well known charities in a professional way.

Full training is provided, so previous sales or fundraising experience is helpful but not essential.

The Role

You will work at organised events and busy retail locations, speaking with members of the public on behalf of established charities. Your focus will be to explain the work these organisations do and secure ongoing monthly donations through direct debit. The work is face to face, people focused, and takes place in a lively environment.

What We Offer

You will be paid weekly with uncapped commission and performance bonuses. The role is full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, leaving weekends free. Mileage is paid weekly and all training and ongoing coaching are provided. There are clear opportunities for progression for people who perform well and want to move into leadership roles.

You will receive 30 paid days off per year, made up of 20 annual leave days plus 10 bank holidays.
