In this Event Staff position, you will help bring awareness to a powerful charity campaign through engaging and interactive promotional events. It’s a hands-on, face-to-face role where you’ll connect with attendees, share the charity’s mission, and drive participation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up and executing live promotional events across the Denver area, ensuring the display of branding materials and event structures are on point.
• Engaging with event attendees, telling the charity’s story, and creating meaningful emotional connections to drive support.
• Promoting brand awareness by having impactful conversations that help the public understand the cause’s mission.
• Encouraging event participation by explaining the charity's goals, initiatives, and impact.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to boost outreach and improve event effectiveness.
• Representing the charity and brand professionally, maintaining integrity and embodying their core values.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and offering additional campaign details.
• Adapting to various event environments, handling unexpected challenges with ease.

• Flexibility: Weekend and evening shifts are required, and you must be comfortable with traveling within the Aurora area.
• Organizational and Adaptability skills: You'll be attending different events and will need to adapt quickly to new situations.
• No experience required: While previous experience in sales or event promotion is a plus, we are happy to train the right candidate.
