Event Venue Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team orientated Event Venue Supervisor to join Sword Security's growing team! The remainder of 2024 & 2025 is going to be an incredible year with a number of high profile music and sporting events taking place in Dublin. Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Dublin, London, Cardiff and Toronto. We are looking for a part-time Event Venue Supervisor to join our growing team in Dublin. We are a passionate bunch and look forward to finding the right person to join our expanding team!

Event Venue Supervisor - Dublin

Sword are recruiting for Event Venue Supervisor for part time, supervisory venue work in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the local operations team to best international practices
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Deal with local challenges by providing creative and practical solutions
  
• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met/exceeded
• Proactively manage and resolve venue issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a venue or site manager
  
• A valid Door Security Procedures License
• Availability to work the weekends
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role ideally in the Event Staffing Sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities

Salary: €16.00 per hour & Sunday Premium
