About the Role:
As an Events Assistant, you’ll be on the front lines of brand engagement at retail-based events and pop-up campaigns across the Long Beach area. You’ll connect with customers, bring products to life, and leave lasting impressions. Think of it as blending retail savvy with live event charisma—no two days are the same!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent client brands at exciting in-person events and retail activations
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with attendees
• Showcase products, highlight key features, and influence buying decisions
• Deliver a personalized customer experience with every interaction
• Collaborate with your team on promotional strategy, setup, and visual merchandising
• Monitor customer feedback and sales data to help refine your pitch
• Share ideas, contribute to team goals, and support seamless event execution
