Location: Central, Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Executive with a strong interest in sales and event management. As part of our dynamic events team, you will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of events while supporting the sales efforts to drive growth and client satisfaction.
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a passion for events and customer relations who is eager to grow within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising and managing a variety of events including conferences and social gatherings.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue bookings and guest management.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist the sales team with client proposals, sales presentations and contract preparation.
- Support lead generation and follow-up with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during and after events.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Events and Sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Local Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Fresh graduates and no experiences are welcome to apply. As there will be training provided.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
