Job Description
- Be a part of creative ideation and concept development for events and campaigns
- Collaborate with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
- Conduct sourcing for event venues and supplies
- Coordinate between events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the events, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met for both on-site and off-site events
- Support the overall operations and execution of various events
- Assist in execution of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules
Job Requirements:
- A resourceful and creative individual
- Passionate in events and working with children
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and resourcefully
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic startup environment
- Able to work weekends at roadshow / events as games / stations facilitator (off-in-lieu will be provided to cover the weekend work)
Work Hours:
- Business as usual: 10am to 7pm (5 day work week inclusive of at least one weekend)
- Event days: 11am to 8 or 9pm (any additional hours worked will be counted towards off-in-lieu)
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From $900.00 per month
Work Location: In person
