Job Description

• Be a part of creative ideation and concept development for events and campaigns
• Collaborate with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
• Conduct sourcing for event venues and supplies
• Coordinate between events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the events, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met for both on-site and off-site events
• Support the overall operations and execution of various events
• Assist in execution of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules

Job Requirements:

• A resourceful and creative individual
• Passionate in events and working with children
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and resourcefully
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic startup environment
• Able to work weekends at roadshow / events as games / stations facilitator (off-in-lieu will be provided to cover the weekend work)

Work Hours:

• Business as usual: 10am to 7pm (5 day work week inclusive of at least one weekend)
• Event days: 11am to 8 or 9pm (any additional hours worked will be counted towards off-in-lieu)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $900.00 per month
