Established in 2018, Tin Box Group is a multi-concept lifestyle brand that develops owns, and operates a growing portfolio of live entertainment, food and beverage venues in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Tin Box Group currently operates a diverse portfolio of 13 venues across 8 distinctive brands, each with a unique music-centric theme catered to its own genre.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for an Events & Partnerships Executive. The Events & Partnerships Executive is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end events. The Events & Partnerships Executive will also be responsible for developing and growing strategic partnerships to help promote Tin Box Group and its various brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to all event enquiries via all modes of communication
  • Service present and past clients
  • Plan events with attention to all details, requirements, and limitations
  • Work closely with all departments (Service, Kitchen, Bar, Guest Relations, Security, Band, Marketing, Finance, Tech Partners) to ensure success of events
  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Understand each venue's characteristics and amenities
  • Understand each department's SOP/rubrics and offerings
  • Coordinate and oversee all event operations, before, during, and after event
  • Prepare event rundowns for all stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve immediately when necessary
  • Regulate the type and scale of events for all venues
  • Produce and maintain venue hire decks and related documents such as service contracts, sales and cost breakdown, and database
  • Review quotes and spendings and revise quoted figures when necessary
  • Analyse event performance and feedback to identify areas of improvement and expansion
  • Post-event client management/service recovery when required
  • Other adhoc duties as required, applicable across all regions

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of event management experience preferred
  • Experience organising and executing events, including partnerships with vendors and suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to think strategically, and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Familiarity with the entertainment and hospitality industry is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
