About the role

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

As our Product Marketing Manager for Payments, your role is to drive awareness and adoption of Timely's payment products as part of the broader positioning of the Timely and SalonBiz product offerings across AU, NZ, US and UK. You will help to refine our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for existing products and key enhancements, positioning our offerings effectively to our ideal customer and to internal stakeholders.

You'll have sharp analytical and creative problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and has demonstrable success launching and growing SaaS products, payments experience or understanding of the market would be advantageous. Part of a team of GTM specialists, your work will have an immediate and meaningful impact. You'll be part of a team that values excellence and initiative, and cares about results.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you'll do.

  • Arm our product and customer facing teams with valuable customer and market insights; enabling us to optimise our product-market fit and craft unique value propositions

  • Crafting GTM strategies to ensure new features are launched to market successfully

  • Delivering messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with target market segments to help us meet our growth and adoption goals

  • Working closely with Product, Engineering & Design to support and align on Product Roadmap priorities

What you'll bring

  • 5 or more years marketing experience at a SaaS or relevant technology company. Experience in or understanding of the payments industry (desired).

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.

  • Experience in building and managing lifecycle and/or advocacy programs.

  • Strong copywriting and communication expertise.

  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
