As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EVV Compliance Coordinator to join our team and ensure compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) standards and state/federal regulations.

Job Description

The EVV Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of caregiver visits through the Electronic Visit Verification system in accordance with Medicaid and state guidelines. This role will work closely with caregivers, administrative staff, and external vendors to monitor data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily EVV submissions and ensure all visits are properly recorded and verified.
  • Identify and correct visit exceptions, incomplete documentation, or missing records.
  • Train and support caregivers on EVV usage and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and EVV system vendors (e.g., HHAeXchange, Sandata).
  • Track and report EVV compliance metrics to management.
  • Conduct audits to ensure ongoing adherence to EVV and Medicaid documentation standards.
  • Stay up to date with state and federal EVV guidelines and ensure internal policies reflect changes.
  • Support billing and payroll processes by reconciling visit data with caregiver schedules and timesheets.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and QA teams to address issues and improve documentation workflows.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare, homecare, or compliance-related role.
  • Familiarity with EVV platforms (e.g., HHAeXchange, Sandata, or similar) and Medicaid billing processes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
