About the Founder & Organizations
The role supports the founder of:
- OptiVate Business Coaching – working closely with SME business owners and leadership teams on growth, strategy, and execution
- NELTAS – an education-focused organization working with schools, teachers, and students across India
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to dynamic environments.
Role Objective
To act as a thinking partner and execution enabler to the founder by managing coordination, tracking, documentation, and follow-ups across both businesses.
Key Responsibilities
OptiVate Business Coaching
- Attend coaching sessions (or listen to recordings)
- Prepare structured meeting summaries:
- Key discussion points
- Action items
- Owners & timelines
- Maintain client-wise action trackers
- Follow up with clients and team members on commitments
- Prepare weekly progress reports for review
- Maintain documentation of session notes and learning points
NELTAS
- Monitor and filter business emails
- Highlight mails requiring founder’s decision
- Maintain calendar for:
- Team reviews
- Trainings
- External meetings
- Track follow-ups with schools, brands, and partners
- Prepare brief notes before important meetings
Skills & Competencies Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Notion/ClickUp preferred)
- High level of confidentiality and ownership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience
- 2-3 years in operations, coordination, executive assistance, or program management
- Experience working with founders or leadership teams preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
