About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director and CEO. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
- Manage expense reports, budgets, and invoices related to the executive’s office.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in coordinating events or large-scale meetings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,945.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
