Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support Directors across the AWS Global Sales Team. This exciting position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism while dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate well and be able to take swift, effective action while proactively solving complex problems with little or no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the “go-to” person for support activities.

Key job responsibilities
  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Management of team space, including moves and re-configurations
  • Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Document writing, editing, and readiness
