Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar
- Coordinate internal teams and follow up on tasks
- Handle routine admin tasks
- Organize documents, reports, and communication
- Handle vendor and stakeholder coordination as required
- Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks

- Extremely organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive with excellent follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with Google Workspace / Excel
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
