About the role
We have a vacancy for a proactive and self-motivated Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join our Core Functions team. This is a full-time role. Working in a fast-paced and exciting environment in one of Ireland's top professional services firms, this role offers immense opportunity for growth and development. Reporting to the Core Functions Director, this role will support the Managing Partner and the wider leadership team with administrative and executive support, while also contributing to Core Functions projects across HR, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Executive and administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Managing the firm’s travel arrangements.
- Supporting Core Functions projects by assisting with the organisation and delivery of a variety of initiatives such as client, staff and firm events, commercial and strategic projects, general unit support as required and other ad hoc assignments.
- Working as part of the wider Core Functions team to provide administrative support to Finance, HR and Operations as needed.
- Providing support with office administration and reception duties as required, including assisting in the smooth operation of the Dublin office.
About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role involving EA/Office coordinator experience
- Experience in professional services industry is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools a plus
