Our senior leadership team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to provide critical support in managing daily operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, you will work closely with a small group of senior executives to streamline workflows, manage projects, and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate and track progress on strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and company-wide initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate executive team meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Support executives in prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
