As the Executive Board Assistant of Automotive Smart Power, you’re essential in supporting daily operations, coordinating meetings, managing information flows, and fostering collaboration to keep Infineon’s business running efficiently. Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Design and execute board meetings, strategy workshops, and All-Hands meetings
  • Maintain professional meeting standards: share materials at least 24 hours in advance, track action items in an organized manner, and achieve an action item closure rate above 90%
  • Create board-grade presentations for internal committees and divisional boards
  • Transform complex technical and business data into clear visual narratives
  • Ensure consistent strategic communication across all leadership levels and contribute to the strategic communication of the business line through newsletters, confluence and intranet
  • Prepare and distribute decision-relevant information to target audiences
  • Participate in the conception, implementation and rollout of various initiatives on business line level and in close coordination with the Product Lines, R&D and other functions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electronics or comparable
  • At least 1-3 years of professional working experience. Knowledge of semiconductor industry and the Automotive market or manufacturing processes (Fab/Backend) is an advantage
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and be comfortable exercising independent judgment when completing assignments
  • Adept at presenting to executive leadership and boards, leveraging systems thinking to drive alignment across varied teams and departments
  • Comfortability in ambiguous environments, proactively challenging existing processes and continuously seeking new perspectives, methods, and trends
  • Strong attention to detail, strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, and a high degree of integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with Python, Power BI and Tableau would be an advantage and confident use of generative AI tools including prompt engineering
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (verbal and written)
