Storica struttura balneare seleziona un Responsabile di Cucina per la stagione estiva (Aprile-Ottobre 2026).
IL LAVORO
- Pranzo (Focus Principale): Servizio ad alta intensità (12:00-15:00) per 150-180 ospiti. Cucina di mare autentica e cucina ligure.
- Cena: Attiva solo Venerdì e Sabato (o eventi), c.a. 50 coperti, menu più curato.
- Gestione: Coordinamento brigata, creazione menu, gestione ordini/fornitori e monitoraggio Food Cost (reportistica su Excel/Drive).
REQUISITI
- Esperienza solida come Chef o Capo Partita senior su grandi numeri.
- Leadership e capacità di gestione dei tempi sotto pressione.
- Competenze informatiche base per il controllo di gestione.
OFFRIAMO
- Contratto stagionale.
- Ottimo equilibrio vita-lavoro: Servizio serale limitato al weekend.
- Cucina moderna e organizzata.
- Retribuzione adeguata alle competenze manageriali dimostrate.
