Executive, Examination Administration
ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes.
  • Examination Administration: Plan activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM Global Education (GE) examinations.
  • Audits: Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department.
  • Records Keeping: Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes.
  • EA Policies and Procedures: Provide and compile inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
  • Budgeting: Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Managerial Leadership.
  • Mentorship: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
  • Examination Board Support: Execute activities needed to generate reports and analysis of examination results/statistics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimally a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in higher education. Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results.
  • Proficient in mentoring team members. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness.
  • Ability to plan, organise and time manage under pressure.
  • Independent and resourceful; collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals.
  • Meticulous and process-oriented.
  • Good learning agility; constantly recommend improvements and capable of adapting to evolving job requirements.
