Executive - Finance Department

[Contract Position]

Accounts administration in compliance with SINDA’s Constitution, Financial guidelines and Singapore Financial Reporting standards. Preparation of accurate Management reports to facilitate effective decision making

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate Purchase Order, Invoices and Goods Received Notes in TenderBoard
• Raise bills in NetSuite as required
• Process all modes of payment transactions per the approved expenditure authorisation matrix
• Review vendor SOAs and reconcile by the due date
• Manage petty cash top up and debit card related transactions in NetSuite
• Manage the donation transactions in NetSuite and prompt management of Donation and Revenue registers
• Assist with month-end accounts closing
• Perform Bank Reconciliations every week
• Assist in the preparation of Financial and Management reports
• Assist with Internal and External Audits as required
• Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required
• Any other duties as assigned by RO and HOD.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in NetSuite and TenderBoard would be an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
• Meticulous with a good work attitude

This is a contract position, convertible to a permanent role subject to the performance and divisional requirements.
