Executive Manager/Senior Manager (Digitalisation)

• Working with industry stakeholders such as government agencies, solution providers, leading firms etc, to understand gaps, ground challenges, and industry needs in relation to BIM implementation
• Developing strategies and plans to address the identified gaps, challenges, and needs
• Identifying ways to streamline BIM processes to ease implementation
• Working with partners such as schools and training providers to introduce/enhance BIM curricula, to equip graduates and professionals with the necessary competencies

You will be part of the team in driving adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions for Built Environment (BE) sector.

[What you will be working on]

• Formulate strategies to shape, establish and drive adoption of site management systems and data standards.

• Facilitate the development and testing of APIs to ensure smooth and efficient data exchange among various systems and solutions.

• Collaborate with industry leading firms to showcase success stories in adopting data-driven decision-making approach and work with training providers to build data-driven capability in the industry.

• As an integral part of the team, your will also have the opportunity to expand your skills and experiences by actively participating in other dynamic and diverse initiatives that propel the transformation of the Built Environment.

• Degree in data science or other relevant fields, coupled with a sound understanding of the construction industry.

• Experienced in AI/ML will be an added advantage.
