Coordinate with different vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Ensure timely availability and quality of materials as per site requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of purchases and vendor agreements.
Regularly monitor market trends, rates, and availability of materials.
Strong skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and rate contracts
Familiarity with ERP/SAP, strong knowledge in MS Excel, and purchase documentation
Understanding of GST, invoicing, and compliance is added advantage
Good communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship skills
