Basic Requirements:
Inspecting in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and
measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and
measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspections:
o Perform detailed inspections of precision-machined parts, sheet metal
assemblies, and fabricated components to ensure they meet
established tolerances, specifications, and quality standards.
o Use a variety of precision measuring tools such as micrometers,
calipers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), Digital micro height
gauges, Vision measuring system and optical comparators.
o Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished
products for conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and
customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role
within precision machining, sheet metal assembly, and/or fabrication
environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
